Shipping: Music House Museum will do its best to ship all items in a timely manner, and by the best method possible. As a smaller business, we cannot guarantee next day or short-term deliveries. Shipping in most cases should occur 3-5 business days from the time that the order is received. All items excluding sealed recordings are thoroughly checked for quality before they are shipped. Should there be damage due to transit, please contact us immediately. In the case that an items becomes unavailable, the buyer will only be charged for the items actually shipped. Back orders may not be possible, so we ask that you e-mail us with questions if they occur.
Return Policy: The Music House Museum checks all items, except recordings, to make sure they are in perfect condition and working order before they are packed for shipping. Returns may ONLY be made for DEFECTIVE items. If there is a problem with your item, e-mail us for return instructions. Again, we do make sure all items are perfect when they leave the museum. |
